    Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten, wenn Sie unsere Website besuchen, eine Buchung vornehmen, uns kontaktieren oder unsere Dienstleistungen nutzen.

    Zahlungen erfolgen über Stripe. Stripe verarbeitet Zahlungsdaten eigenständig. Wir erhalten lediglich Informationen, die zur Abwicklung notwendig sind (z. B. Zahlungsstatus).

    Unsere Website wird über Squarespace betrieben. Dabei können technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Browsertyp und Zugriffszeiten verarbeitet werden.

Terms & Conditions – The Flow Space

By booking a class, personal training session, or package with The Flow Space, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Operator Information
The Flow Space is operated by [Your Full Name], sole proprietor, based in Austria.

2. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via the online booking system, WhatsApp, or email.
Payment may be made in advance or, upon prior agreement, via alternative arrangements.

3. Personal Training – Cancellation Policy
Personal training sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
If cancelled within this period, a 100% refund or rescheduling will be granted.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

4. Packages, Programs & Promotions
Packages (including 10-week programs) and promotional offers are non-refundable.
However, they may be transferred to a third party if you are unable to attend.
All packages are valid for the agreed duration from the date of purchase.

5. Participation & Health Condition
Clients confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in training sessions.
Any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy must be communicated prior to participation.
The services provided do not replace medical advice or treatment.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in all sessions is at your own risk.
The Flow Space assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or intent, in accordance with Austrian law.

7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened in case of late arrival.
No-shows will be charged in full.

8. Changes & Cancellations by The Flow Space
The Flow Space reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, an alternative appointment or credit will be offered.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)
By booking a service, you expressly agree that the service may begin before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

11. Minimum Age
Participation is permitted from the age of 18.
Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
Data will only be used for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.
